What is my billing cycle ?
Your billing cycle starts when you purchase the plan and will be billed next month on the same day. For example, if you purchase your plan on the 5th of January, your first bill will be generated on the 00 hrs of 5th February.
How many integrations can I have?
You are not limited by the number of integrations or sources that you can create in your account.
Can I change the plan mid billing cycle?
Yes. Your bill will be generated on the scheduled date and the rest of the month will be billed on a prorated basis.
What if my usage goes beyond the included limits?
Plans are bundled with some form submissions. (Basic plan allows 200 form submission and Pro plan allows 400 form submissions) Your plan will not be blocked once these included submissions are used up. Additional form submissions are charged as per plan and your monthly bill will reflect the usage.For example: for basic plan of Rs. 499 if your form submissions count comes to be 350 then the bill will come to be 499 + 150 * 2.99 = 947 150 is the overage above the included 200 submissions. 350 – 200 = 150
How many agents are allowed per plan?
Our plans are crafted to serve per agent. We currently allow one agent per plan.
What if I need to add multiple agent support?
You may want to increase the agent count in your account settings. The plan will be multiplied with the agent count and a bill will be generated accordingly.If you changed the number of agents mid billing cycle, excess agents will be billed on a prorated basis in the current billing cycle.
How are impressions calculated?
One view of our widget that appears on your website is counted as an impression. You can relate this easily with your site visits. Page visit or a page refresh would add to an impression count.
What if my agent call stretches for a long time?
We have a fairly large call limit that suits all our current customers. There is a call duration limit of 24 hours on individual video and audio calls.
For how many days is my recording retained?
Our current retention policy keeps your recordings on our servers for a 30-day duration. You can always download them before cleanup. If you need custom retention duration please get in touch and we would be happy to assist.
